The manager Joe rudely told me basically to use the kiosk, and when I said I prefer not to, he responded with an attitude. I looked at him and said in the future I will go to the FlowerMound store. This store will not stay open with the lack of customer service!!!! He wasn’t even assisting anyone at the time, while other employees were actually working. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
