Glossy stock trifolds. One of these jobs was a rush for a business presentation I had that morning in an hour. I called the store in kind of a panic and Joe the manager was very helpful and assured me that he could get the job completed when I needed it. I showed up and my order was already completed and nicely packaged. I was relieved and very pleased with how professional the product looked. I will continue to take my business to Joe and his team at Hickory Creek!

On my most recent visit, however, I did not receive a printed copy of my return items after dropping them off. When I asked the associate at the desk—a tall younger woman with long hair—for the printout, she was quite abrupt in her responses and did not even let me finish my questions. This was disappointing, as it contrasted with the usual courteous service I have received here. I hope this was an isolated incident. I will continue to use this location but would appreciate more consistent customer service in the future.
