The young man with a ponytail takes his job seriously, and he is always friendly, punctual, and professional. There are a couple of other associates at this location who are also very good—unlike employees at other branches, who act rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming.

I left without shipping my items and would rather tell my customers that their packages would be late because Elizabeth was so rude and 100% clearly didn't want to be at work. The person that was behind me she treated the same way. I don't understand why you let someone this rude work in a public space like this.

Customer service seems nonexistent . They need employees who actually enjoyed helping customers and are willing to do their jobs . No reason I should drive there just to get a simple question answered over the phone . Honestly I’m sure this review won’t make a difference but the lack of responsiveness and customer service is extremely frustrating and disappointing .
