Brought 3 packages to ship. The lady did not know what she was doing. She tried to do each shipment as individuals transactions. Kept getting my address and information wrong even after writing it down for her and not listening to what I was saying about addresses and city names being similar. She didn’t know what she did as the system was giving her an error she did not understand. I was in the store for 20 minutes and was first in line. The other worker went through other customers before eventually having to take over my order. She ended up having to redo the order. I had to repeatedly confirm my info over and over again. I will definitely go through USPS next time. This process was not easy.
