  Had an Amazon return, for some reason I didn't receive a QR code that could be scanned instead it was a print label QR , employee at the UPS store was rude and wouldn't help. I didn't realize that what I thought was the QR codes was not! She just said it will be $3.75 for me to print. I agreed to pay ans she says, YOU need to email to me, hands me a paper with their email address! I ended up paying $5.15 and she also asked if I had tape on me so label could be taped! Not at all helpful, never before had I been treated so disrespectful.

  This place is real hit and miss! Half the employees that are or have been employed here are awesome and the other half terrible, so experiences in this store vary largely depending on what day you go and who helps you. At least they are not as terrible as the local UPS warehouse and some of the drivers. Its no wonder one cannot review and rate them, otherwise I think they would be at zero stars. These people always misdeliver and lose packages and they have the worst customer service in the package delivery business. I wish no one would ever ship packages to me through ups and I always advice anyone I can against it. Its great that the UPS store is somewhat of their own entity, but they still share some of the same negative vibes.

  They're professional, no long wait and I never had a problem with customer service. So all around they are there to help the best they can.

  Rude as hell staff cant even.be bothered to look and see if my package arrived answered the same question 4 times and was told i am interrupting her doing her job got hung up on 4 times and now they refuse to even answer there phones honestly worst customer service ever

  Brought in a box with a corporate label just need to tape the box shut. They wanted to sell me a roll of tape. I have been to several other UPS stores and they have no problem using the tape they had and sealing the box. Rather than trying to understand my point they wanted to tell me the rules and how it must be "ready to go". Can't imagine the backlog when all the Amazon returns hit after Christmas that are not taped up and" ready to go".
