  I went to the UPS Store at 2231 Center Street on 05/14/2026 and was charged $5.10 just to use the computer to print a shipping label. This is very inconvenient, especially for customers who only need a quick label print. I also shared my feedback with the manager, but she did not seem to care about the concern and only said they were “told to do it.” A manager should take customer feedback more seriously and provide better customer service.

  Excellent friendly service with my international Passport Photos.Other non UPS locations failed task.But Naz was very fast and efficient which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this UPS store for all services. Thank you

  I came in with an absolute list of stuff to do, and they very efficiently took care of all of it with the cheeriest of attitudes and even went above and beyond when I made a dumb mistake and ruined a printout. Absolutely recommend all of these folks!
