    What's the point of having a dropped off if it's inside and locked inside during after hours. There's one but only for envelopes outside.

    unacceptable customer service I experienced involving an employee named Mr. Richards. Mr. Richards was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. Instead of providing assistance in a courteous and respectful manner, he displayed a rude attitude, spoke to me dismissively, and made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic professionalism and respect, regardless of the situation. there is no excuse for speaking to customers in a disrespectful or hostile manner. My experience left me very disappointed and upset, especially from a place that is expected to serve the public professionally.

    Never enough help at the front our mailbox at the property still hasn't been fixed since January 2026 mngmt has to call daily asking when are they going to fix the mailboxes.
