- AAArtOloJun 29, 20262.0This location definitely needs improvement. The staff usually say hello and are polite, but the overall service feels very outdated and slow. There is often a long line, and even if you already paid for your package and only need a drop-off confirmation, you can still spend 20–30 minutes waiting. The biggest issue is the self-service area. There is only one machine, and when people are unsure how to use it, everything stops. For such a busy location, one machine is simply not enough. The process should be faster and more efficient, especially for customers who only need a simple prepaid package scan. This office could really benefit from better organization, more self-service options, and faster handling of basic services.

Was having a bad day and had gone to the post office 3 times with the wrong return label because I am 31 and still don’t know how to mail a package at the post office? Anyways thank you your kindness made an impact on my day
