- TLTDT LLCJun 22, 20261.0Pathetic customer service. You can have a business PO Box any kind of PO Box they won’t help you and they don’t care. Tried to tell me it was some federal offense to hand me my mail from the PO Box it’s not a federal offense. It’s your discretion.
- SSSilosJun 11, 20261.0Regularly get mail meant for another address. Lost a $90 package during delivery to my address. Unresolved. Never picks up phone when trying to report an issue, requires in-person communication to even get matters addressed.

The website says delivered but I checked my locker on the same day and there is nothing in it. Only conclusion I can make is the mailperson who delivered it stole my package.
- STstar tranMay 22, 20261.0Beware these people are thieves!! Mail lady claims she delivered my package to a parcel locker and when I opened the locker there was nothing there. I checked the mailbox immediately after it delivered. Mind you, I live by myself and had NEVER had a missing package go missing, even when it sits in front of my doorstep for 2 weeks. USPS is the only mail company that still used the parcel locker because they are lazy to deliver the package to your house. They can easily just say they delivered the item and then take your package because there are no cameras in front of the mailboxes, only at your house. Theft theft theft!!!! Looking ar other reviews, missing packages is a VERY common theme at this location. I will be reporting this.
