- ACAbigail CauleyAug 14, 20261.0Horrible customer service had an immediate attitude and sent all my mail back without authorization, lady that works there said "well you dont live there" How would she know? So I guess that can do as they want and return to sender. Seagoville post office
- FAFieldings A.Jul 7, 20261.0The drivers from this location are not held accountable for theft and it keeps happening. Two of my packages marked delivered within a minute on the same day, one in the mail box and another in person which required a signature. Both packages were never delivered, and the driver forged my signature because the driver is nowhere near my camera to make that delivery. When I called the location they told me they couldn’t locate the packages and that I should file a claim. I filed two claims for both packages and one which cost $130 was approved but they sent me a $100 check and the other item which cost $275 was not approved, and I filed an appeal but it was still denied. If you want to steal packages and walk away free, the USPS is your best option. No accountability whatsoever and the customers are left with nothing (no packages, no reimbursements) but trauma.

- TLTDT LLCJun 22, 20261.0Pathetic customer service. You can have a business PO Box any kind of PO Box they won’t help you and they don’t care. Tried to tell me it was some federal offense to hand me my mail from the PO Box it’s not a federal offense. It’s your discretion.
