My passport was nit delivered to me but the tracking said it was delivered 05/12:2023 after investigating what was taking passport so long since March 20, 2023! I walked into the post office morning and ask fir the supervisor Shelia said she needed more info went talk to mgr Stacy and they discovered my package was delivered to the wrong address the supv instructed the carrier to go to the house where the package was delivered and praise God they still had my package and the carrier immediately brought my package back to PO and supv Stacy brought my package to me while I was waiting I’m my car in less than 35 minutes from start to finish I had my passport unharmed! Awesome customer service!
