  Where do we begin. My mailbox was vandalized and my mail was stolen. I went in person to the post office where the lady at the counter said she would text the carrier and have a supervisor contact me. there was no mention of obtaining another lock or even to look into the situation. this was on 8/11. On 8/12 I called the local office and spoke with a supervisor who did not provide his name and could not understand the conversation. He passed the phone to another agent by the name of Sanolya. Sonolya also stated that she would take my information and have a supervisor contact me. I had to ask myself about having a new lock for mailbox, where the agent stated that they will try to submit the request. Today on 8/14 I am having to call yet again due to no contact from any supervisors. Today I am speaking supervisor Brittney Hamilton who after stating she called me and spoke to a person who said she had the wrong number, I asked what the number was to confirm. Brittney hung up the phone in my face while refusing to answer the question. I then had to call from a different phone, due to Britteny would not pick up the phone. When the other line was picked up, I was told that my mailbox was vandalized. I asked why I hadn't been contacted, Brittney stated again that she called and was told she had the wrong number. I asked over 4 times to confirm the number they have to have the information corrected due to I know I will have to be back in contact. As to finally find out that my mailbox was vandalized it is not appreciated to note how the USPS agents are treating the situation. I had court documents in my mailbox that contained all of my personal information. this is not a light matter. Brittney also confirmed that when I call, my number is popping up on a caller ID which is alerting me that she has my number saved in her personnel phone but is yet claiming that she called the wrong number several times.

  My son is deployed and I was trying to send him a package for the first time and had NO IDEA what I was doing. These ladies were so helpful and patient and walked me through everything

  I frequent this location a lot when I am in the area to drop off large volumes of packages to ship. The staff has always been wonderful, especially Helena. The line moves fast, they are always super helpful and my packages don't get lost after it's been scanned and sent off.
