I think every post office in the U.S. honestly suck, but this location is maddening. Their smart lockers are never working. God forbid you tell someone, they just point back to the hall and tell you to scan the machine. When you bring it up, they get annoyed. There are staff that can be nice, but damn I feel for them. The customers can also be a bit brutal and rough, and customer service isn’t easy. There are times they tell you to come back later because the one person that can help is on lunch, but they close in the next 5 minutes. It’s happened a few times and I’ve just stopped replying. Like ok. Guess that means you can’t do anything.

The Worst and Most Unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with in my life . the Supervisors are useless , they don't answer the phone and are dismissive of issues. I filed a claim online since I could not get help over the phone and I received this nasty email in response. its obvious whomever it was used AI after their rude first liner . If it was possible for me o have my mail delivered by another post office I would. this place is absolutely Horrible and they need New Management ASAP

I don't understand why USPS makes you go through changing an address and forwarding mail when they aren't going to use it anyway. Then you call customer service and they keep telling you give them 2-3 days over and over again. This time it was "escalated" to consumer affairs who conveniently had a number that doesn't work. On top of that every single person I spoke to says Farmers Branch should have forwarded a package and I apparently don't qualify for a refund for their admitted mistake. Absolutely ridiculous!

Unfortunately, service to our street has become very inconsistent. We are the last street in the neighborhood to receive delivery each day, and it often feels like if it gets too late, our mail is simply skipped until the next day. I also regularly receive “attempted delivery” notifications for packages stating that no one was available, despite the fact that no delivery attempt was actually made. With doorbell cameras being so common now, those kinds of inaccurate delivery updates are easy to verify. I understand carriers are under pressure and likely dealing with staffing and workload issues, but the lack of reliable delivery and inaccurate tracking updates have become very frustrating.
