If i could give no stars I would. This location isnt deserving of the I am forced to give. Extremely unprofessional. Rude. And the fact the the employee hates their life isnt on fault of the customer.

Mostly veryone is nice and efficient, except for the lady named Sandra. She is usually very rude and always refuses to scan packages with prepaid labels or provide a receipt. I complained to another lady who seemed to be in a higher position, and she instructed Sandra to scan my packages and give me my receipt. However, Sandra seems to think she owns the place. So she argued with the other lady and then just plainly ignored her, after which, the other employee just walked back into the workroom, and I ended up having to go to a different post office. I have submitted a complaint to the postmaster and received an apology. I was also told they will look into the matter, which I hope they do, because my experience at this post office is usually good—except when this employee Sandra is there. I strongly recommend to any other customer who has had to deal with Sandra's rude attitude to also talk to the post master and submit a complaint.

Some people should not work customer service jobs, and Sandra is one of them. 1st of all why would you tell a customer not to come to this post office to go to one closer to them... how do you know this isn't closer or if I am running an errand and this one is on the way, you have a job to do just do it. If my co worker came in another time and the interaction was not that great or at least you Sandra felt that way..why would you sit there and talk bad about one person to another that is so unprofessional. I've personally been coming here for years and have never had an issue until today... everyone else is always so nice and friendly and I hate that this happened but I am posting this because that is so uncalled for. Do better ....!

Terrible customer service at this USPS branch. The employees were rude especially this lady with dreadlocks. She seemed upset before customers even reached the counter. Everyone was treated poorly while I was there. I also previously lost a package with USPS. In my experience, UPS has been much more reliable and professional.
