- BRBarb RiethMar 17, 20251.0Rude managers who have twice blamed nondelivery of mail I posted ( which was going to various places around US) on Sorting office in Carrollton instead of accepting that they cant be bothered loading trucks w mail in a timely way. And some carriers dont collect mail from mailboxes in timely manner either, resulting in bills paid late and mailboxes stuffed so full one cant put anything more in.

So now it's several weeks later, I've called the 800 post office number twice and they've given me a claim number which is useless since every time I call to ask about the claim they say they'll "email me by the end of the day" and I have yet to get any emails from them. I tried calling this post office to see if they could possibly locate which driver lost my package or see if it's there but they put me on hold for 20 minutes, then the call went dead and when I tried calling back no one ever picked up. Called back a third time and the man said that I should call in an hour when the supervisor will be in since he can't try to see what happened to my package or even check to see if it's at their facility since "he's just a clerk" which I've never gotten that response at any mailing center, but I guess that's the way they're set up.
