My experience at this post office was deeply upsetting. During this visit, an employee called my mom an “immigrant” in a disrespectful and derogatory way. No customer should be treated like that. This location needs employees who treat everyone with respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background.

Here’s a cleaner, more professional version of your review while keeping your message strong and clear:
Now I understand the 1-star reviews.
I came in to drop off a package and realized I didn’t have tape. The clerk told me I’d need to purchase some, but I didn’t want to spend $4 just for tape. As I was leaving, a kind lady nearby offered me hers, and I used it to seal my box.
When I returned to the counter, the cashier Cinthy Georgie I believe was her name asked me for the tape. I was confused because the box was already sealed. She then questioned how I got the tape and looked over at the display as if implying I had taken it from the store. She said, “I just have to make sure,” which felt accusatory and unnecessary.
If there was any concern, that’s what cameras are for don’t imply that I’m stealing. When she asked if I felt offended, I told her yes, because it felt like an accusation. She then refused to take my package. Even though the label was already printed.
The supervisor who stepped in was very kind and professional, but explained that they cannot force an employee to provide service if they choose not to. That’s concerning. No customer should be denied service because of an employee’s attitude—especially when the employee is in the wrong.
USPS, this is something that needs to be addressed. Customers deserve respect and fair treatment.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years now, and I have to be honest, it just doesn’t feel welcoming at all. At this point, I really recommend going to the location down Buckner instead. It’ll save you time, stress, and honestly a lot of unnecessary frustration. Over the years, I’ve noticed the same pattern repeat itself: the staff here have very little patience for anyone who needs a bit more guidance. I’ve seen it happen with people who don’t speak English, people who are confused about mailing forms, and even customers who simply ask a basic questions. While waiting in line, I’ve watched employees sigh loudly, and even say “OH MY GOD” out of frustration... not quietly, but in a way that makes the person they’re helping feel embarrassed and rushed. It’s uncomfortable to witness, and even worse for the person on the receiving end. I understand their job requires constant interaction with the public. I get that it can be tiring and repetitive. But it really doesn’t take much effort to treat people with basic respect, especially when they’re already stressed or unsure of what they’re doing. A little patience goes a long way, and unfortunately, that’s something this location consistently lacks :(

Zymbria, was very professional in her handling of my complex case with my lost money orders. I was so impressed by her knowledge of the company procedures and systems, she was very kind polite and pretty. In addition Kiesha and T were very nice and highly attentive to my concerns and very willing and able to help to relay the urgency of the matter.
