- OBOlivia BradleyJun 27, 20261.0Usually got pretty good service here from Michael and the other guy but when I moved and delivered my change of address in person to the lady at the front desk I had to have an investigation launched because I still had not received anything to my new location a month later. They show no record of the form with me changing addresses so I have to resubmit it.

I have a package missing now with medication in it and the manager just called to say put in a claim, which you can't do for 15 days. This is the 3rd time they've misplaced a package of mine.

But today the website was freezing and I'm on a deadline so I came here. It was really great with fast service! I've been to a few posts offices nearby that are really busy and this is much calmer. I ordered something and it was due to arrive today and yet again, the mail carrier left a note stating “you got a package” with just my name. No info as to where the package is. No info on if they will try to redeliver. NOTHING! Last time this happened, my package ended up being sent back to the sender because I never picked it up. YOU NEVER TELL ME WHERE MY STUFF IS TO PICK IT UP!!!! How hard is it to fill out a stupid slip?!
