I've been forced to use the particular branch for the last 6 years and not once have I had a pleasant interaction. My daughter was verbally assaulted in their lobby, with workers present, and they did absolutely nothing. They refuse to deliver packages. They put a notice in your mailbox and you have to go pick it up. I went to pick up a package today and there were 2 workers present and no customers. No greeting, just a "what do you need?" I gave her my slip, she went to get the package, she came back out and shoved the bag at me. I said thank you, have a great rest of your day...and nothing but a grunt. I'm not sure if the working environment is the problem or just miserable people working there.

There is a Black male manager who is the most unprofessional person I’ve seen. He was on his phone texting the whole time I was in line I got there at 4:30 waited in line when my turn came he said we were closed at 5pm on the dot mind you I had been waiting in line the whole time. There is an older lighter skin black lady who is unprofessional as well. I want be coming back God told me to walk out today I almost lost it. And for any corporate people reading this I had on meta glasses recording the whole thing reach out I’ll send the video. You will fire this guy after watching.

I showed up early. Twenty minutes early. Like a citizen. Like a guy who respects the system. Passport appointment on the books. Time stamped. Official. And what do I get? I get to wait. And I wait. This place moves like it’s stuck in 1972. One clerk. One line. Twenty people deep. Nobody in charge. Nobody moving with purpose. You got packages and people piling up like a bad crime scene and not a single sense of urgency in the room. I’m watching the clock like it owes me money. Ten minutes. Twenty. Thirty. For what do we have this wait time? To enjoy rude staff? To buy a stamp? These should be simple transactions. This is not complex work. This is basic execution. And it’s failing. You got customers checking their phones, sighing, walking out. You’re bleeding trust right there on the floor and acting like it’s business as usual. And the attitude. Don’t get me started. Slow hands. Slower answers. No eye contact. No ownership. Like we’re the problem for showing up. Let me tell you something. People got places to be. Lives to run. This isn’t optional time we’re spending here. This is service you’re supposed to deliver. You fix this by doing the basics right: Staff the counter. Move with intent. Acknowledge the line. Respect the clock. What do I get out of this experience? Nothing. A room full of people staring at numbers that don’t move. A counter that moves slower than cold molasses. I sit. I wait. I watch the clock crawl. Appointment time comes and goes. Fine. Things slip. I get it. But then it keeps going. Thirty minutes. Forty. Fifty. Now I’m an hour past my appointment. An hour and twenty minutes after my scheduled time. And you’re still not ready for me? What is this? What are we doing here? You take appointments. You tell people to be early. I was early. I did my part. You had one job. Be ready at the time you told me. Instead, I’m sitting here watching chaos dressed up as a process. No updates. No explanations. No sense that anyone is in charge. Just numbers blinking and people grinding their teeth. You don’t get to run a system like this and act surprised when people get angry. This isn’t complicated. You tell people to get an appointment and be early. That's fine, but how about you honor those appointments? Respect people’s time. Because right now, it looks like you don’t respect it at all.
