- SRSara RandolphJun 24, 20261.0I haven't received mail in a month not even a sales paper, when I go here they give me some of my mail. Where is the rest of my mail for a whole month. The suppose to be supervisor was arrogant and seem unconcerned about my mail not getting delivered. The look he gave me was like idc about what you are saying. He wouldn't even come back to the door, the cashier gave me my mail. All I want is to get my mail. I'm about to send myself a letter and see what goes on.

- TRTony Rodriguez-EllisJun 5, 20261.0I've lived in Orlando, Los Angeles, El Paso, and all over the DFW metroplex, and this is by far the WORST post office branch I have ever experienced. For starters they don't answer the phone, even when you're returning a call. My postman does not give a care about his job as my mail and packages have been misdelivered/lost several times. Cherry on top is I've tried using the Pickup request for packages. On 3 separate occasions the postman just glares at the package and leaves it be. Never comes back for it. After the 2nd time, I had spoken to the manager of that post office, to which I was assured it would NEVER happen again. So there I went trying again, only for my package to be left out without ever getting picked up. I CANNOT STAND this post office, so much that I drive to the White Rock location. Wish I could give 0 stars.
