I’ve had various issues with the drivers from this location, but I’ve interacted with some really pleasant folks inside the office that have been helpful with locating lost packages not once, but multiple times now.
I wish I could give 5-stars, but the amount of undelivered items I’ve had to interact with detracts from that, however, surprisingly the folks at this location have been stellar. They’ve helped me locate undelivered orders of big things like suitcases all the way down to trading card orders. In particular, Robert N. has been the most helpful, even going so far as to reach out to me outside of working hours to go above and beyond in support of looking for lost items.
I’d recommend the staff here, sometimes you gotta hope for good luck with the drivers, but the people at this location have been great.

Subject: Formal Complaint Against USPS Employee Vicky – Juanita J. Craft Post Office
I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the conduct and actions of an employee named Vicky at the Juanita J. Craft Post Office. I own a small business that regularly ships dozens of customer orders through USPS, and my experience at this location caused significant disruption to my business, damaged customer confidence, and resulted in unnecessary financial losses.
On the day of the incident, I arrived at the post office with approximately 40–50 pre-labeled customer packages that were ready for shipment. Vicky accepted my packages, asked the required hazardous materials questions, and I answered each question truthfully. After completing the transaction, she scanned every package into the USPS system and provided me with an official acceptance receipt, indicating that USPS had taken possession of the shipments.
Several hours later, I began receiving numerous emails from customers asking why their tracking information showed “Return to Sender.” This caused confusion, frustration, and concern among my customers and negatively impacted my company’s reputation.
The following morning, I returned to the post office to determine what had happened. I discovered that the packages had not actually been returned or processed. Instead, they had been left sitting behind a wall inside the facility. Another USPS employee informed me that if I had not come back to the post office, the packages would have simply remained there because they had never been sent out.
I later learned that Vicky had marked the packages for return because she claimed they contained 80% alcohol. This statement is false. She had already asked me the required hazmat questions during acceptance of the shipment, I answered them, and she still accepted every package and issued me a receipt. If there were any legitimate concerns about the contents, those concerns should have been addressed before the packages were accepted into USPS custody—not hours later after they had already been scanned as accepted.
In addition to the mishandling of my shipments, I experienced extremely poor customer service. Vicky displayed an unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction. After I filed a complaint regarding the incident, she laughed while I was visibly upset, which I found disrespectful and inappropriate for a USPS employee interacting with a customer.
Vicky also informed me that I could not bring more than 10 packages through the retail line at one time and stated that I would have to repeatedly leave the line and get back in line until all of my packages had been accepted. When I later spoke with the station manager, Dion, I was informed that this is not USPS policy and that I was not required to repeatedly re-enter the line. This inconsistency suggests that I was given inaccurate information.
Finally, I attempted multiple times to speak directly with the Postmaster regarding this incident. However, each time I visited the station, I was repeatedly redirected by staff members and was never allowed the opportunity to speak with the Postmaster. I believe my concerns deserve to be heard by station leadership.
As a business owner who relies on USPS to fulfill customer orders, I expect professionalism, honesty, and consistent application of USPS policies. Instead, I experienced the following:
* My accepted packages were improperly marked “Return to Sender.”
* My shipments were left sitting inside the facility rather than being processed.
* A false explanation was given regarding the contents of my packages.
* My business reputation was harmed by unnecessary shipping delays.
* I received inaccurate information regarding mailing procedures.
* I was treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully by a USPS employee.
* My attempts to speak with station leadership were repeatedly obstructed.

I was working at the Music Hall at Fair Park, but packages sent via USPS were sent to this post office instead. I was able to get out of long lines twice because Vickie asked if anyone was there just to pick up mail. She took great care of me, and I was in and out quickly.
