This undoubtably is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. They straight up, steal your packages, knowing there is no repercussions to them for doing so. I moved to Dallas three months ago, and already had TWO high ticket items stolen. First being a MacBook Pro, My work laptop. Now a YSL Blazer that I bought for Work, that was a vantage 1of1. A little back story about my apartments, we have a private USPS locker room with individual lockers and lock and key boxes for larger packages. My apartments also provide a package room that is also coded lockers. USPS claimed my delivery attempt “failed” Friday 8/14/26 and that I had to pick up the package at this location. I went in on Monday to pick up the package and they informed me that the pick up date was only for 8/15/26 (that wasn’t true according to my tracking number atleast) but that it was being delivered that day 8/17/2026. It didn’t, I open a redelivery option for 8/18/2026 and it’s STILL “out for delivery” to this day. After contacting the support team and opening an investigation to try and retrieve my package, they tell me that: “the package was possibly delivered without being scanned and because of that error we are unable to give a proper update on where the package is. The carrier remembered delivering it to the address, but when he went back to investigate no package was found. Please contact the sender for further assistance” So he forgot to scan the package, but remembered delivering it? AND went back to check? Stop lying and take accountability. They also cannot provide me with dates/times of this either where I can check the cameras.

They didnt even attempt to deliver my package. Told the sender that I requested to have it help here! Why would I pay for delivery to come pick up my own package. The people in thw building are fairly nice but have no intention of being swift. Its a clean place.

I had to purchase tape for $3.00 bc they “can’t” use theirs for CUSTOMERS per the usual lady with the now raggedy poetic justice braids. Never coming back

They consistently mark packages as being delivered when in fact they haven’t been. They don’t care either. Very unreliable service
