- TTTageMay 13, 20261.0I came here 4 days ago to ask about my mail. for some reason I stopped receiving it, I told the lady I had come to pick up my mail since I thought they had just taken it back there but before I even got the chance to explain my situation the worker asked what my address was and immediately told me they don't receive mail for my address which doesn't make sense because that's my zip code, but what bother me the most was the manner used as she immediately decided to dismiss me and even told me "lady don't you understand what I'm saying, we don't receive your mail here" with a trashy attitude implying I must be stupid because I keep asking information as where to gather my mail from. I normally don't leave reviews but this type of customer service needs to be looked into, I felt disrespected as she didn't even have the patience to point me into the right direction. now here I am four days later still not receiving mail and unable to communicate with them because trying to reach them by phone is useless as they don't pick up the phone and going there means I'll probably end up getting disrespected by them again. I need somebody to reach back to me as I still am not receiving mail and even lost a very important package. please.

The entire staff at this office, both front and back, all need to wake up and take responsibility for ensuring packages are properly handled and moved through the system.
