- DTDalia Torres1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. They regularly close 10–15 minutes earlier than the posted hours and refuse to accept mail after 4 PM, even though the lobby is supposed to still be open. The clerks are always rude, unhelpful, and seem annoyed whenever customers ask questions or need assistance. A place people depend on for important mail and packages should provide much better service and professionalism.

I don’t understand why if she’s sitting there at the front counter all day she has to have a bad attitude towards the costumers.. we did something wrong because we didn’t know and it was our first time doing international send and she just laughed at our face and said “you did it wrong, y’all gotta stop doing what yall want to do” and continued laughing at our face and when I told her “we’re not doing what we want we just didn’t know” she then proceeded to say “noo yall doing what yall want that’s why yall gotta ask” and she continues laughing about it with her friend on the other side of the counter. We also used the wrong tape cause they had the express shipping and priority mail tapes together and my mom doesn’t know English so she accidentally grabbed the express shipping tape and she also gave us an attitude about that so we removed it and fixed it and afterwards when she was laughing with her friend about what we did wrong earlier, we went back and filled the form in again to correct our mistake and could hear her snicker once again with her friend laughing and talking about our mistake with the tape. Her name once again is Nicole and this isn’t the first time, we went last time and she always has an attitude about anything towards the customers. My mom doesn’t speak English so she doesn’t understand a lot of stuff and because it was my first time helping her out it just felt like a really terrible experience for both of us… she just scrolls on her phone too..
