- ETEugene TremblayAug 16, 20261.0The older African American woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to help multiple people in front of me, telling one person that it “wasn’t her problem” that they didn’t have the correct form. She then treated an elderly woman who needed assistance the same way, refusing to offer any help and simply trying to move on to the next person. I don’t understand how someone working at the front desk, where their job is to assist customers, can be so dismissive and unwilling to help. What made it worse was that none of the people speaking to her were rude or disrespectful toward her. They were simply asking for assistance. Management should seriously address this issue because customers should not be treated this way.

Yet junk mail and bills show up on time, no problem. Been waiting on a refund check from my insurance company that passed through Informed Delivery last Thursday. Here we are six days later and no check. This has happened at least three other times over just a year. I'm so sick of it.
