The postal clerk had his name tag visible his name was Felix. He was very helpful and polite. He had a smile and was genuine. A pleasure to his customers. Thank you for hiring him

I ordered a package online, and unfortunately the retailer uses USPS by default. In my opinion, USPS feels outdated compared with companies like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The carrier came to my apartment building but, instead of using one of the many secure package lockers available, simply left a pink slip claiming there was no safe place to leave my package. I then wasted over an hour dealing with USPS customer service just to open a case. The next day I was told to pick up my package at this post office. When I arrived, there was a line of several other customers holding the exact same pink slips for packages that also “couldn’t be delivered.” At the counter, getting help was unnecessarily difficult. After insisting and providing my tracking number, an employee finally checked the back and returned with my package. This entire situation was completely avoidable. My package could have been placed in one of the secure lockers at my building in the first place, saving everyone time. USPS should invest in modernizing its delivery processes and providing better customer service training. This isn’t a favor to customers—it’s a paid service, and people deserve the level of service they’re paying for. Very disappointing experience.

Felix was really rude and unprofessional. I always use the machine to do it myself and it always works, but today the machine wasn’t working so i went up to him and somehow he couldn’t scan my labels, which was okay to me, but he didn’t have to raise his voice to me, like?? Its not anyone’s fault he’s having a bad day. Mind you i wasn’t even a bit rude to him since i also work in customer service 🫤
