My package was marked as delivered but was not placed in my mailbox & none of them bothered to call me & tell me why. I drove there almost everyday for a week to tell them that I didn’t receive my package they kept on giving me the excuse of contacting the carrier but no one reached out to me to let me know what was going on with my package. I called them for the 10th time & they told me that my package was sent back. Very useless company honestly. If I could give a zero I would. They don’t care for the urgent need of the customers packages & don’t bother to call their customers to let them know why I package hasn’t been delivered when it’s marked as delivered
