- TFTiffany FinneyAug 12, 20265.0I went into the Summerside location today to pick up a package and the service was incredible! I was pleasantly surprised. Government offices are not typically known for great customer service. The ladies at this location are doing a great job! Aiesha is wonderful!
- CSCarson SheldonJul 28, 20261.0Horrible, the workers here are arrogant and rude, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, lady looks at me like I have a third eye when I ask a question if I could borrow some tape, points to the wall and says you can buy some, are you joking? The only purpose of that building is to receive and ship items and you are telling me I have to buy tape, government facilities are genuinely two doors down from hell.

- NENelly EJul 20, 20261.0You know they are bad when they can’t even have their own phone line. My package was sent, I double checked the address and apparently it couldn’t be delivered. I tried to intercept and also do the correction, it said that the post office is fixing it, just for the delivery to come today apparently but couldn’t deliver due to the address. I filed all complaints I needed to, if I see this package was also tempered with, I know what my next step is. It’s actually very comical because I have two other deliveries coming in and at the same as this said package but they couldn’t figure out the address? They also have to be doing something that’s not right because how are people having so many issues and all of my packages come broken into?

My package was marked as delivered but was not placed in my mailbox & none of them bothered to call me & tell me why. I drove there almost everyday for a week to tell them that I didn’t receive my package they kept on giving me the excuse of contacting the carrier but no one reached out to me to let me know what was going on with my package. I called them for the 10th time & they told me that my package was sent back. Very useless company honestly. If I could give a zero I would. They don’t care for the urgent need of the customers packages & don’t bother to call their customers to let them know why I package hasn’t been delivered when it’s marked as delivered
