  The staff was very professional and super helpful; However, please note that you cannot return your AT&T equipment at this store (maybe, if it’s boxed and ready to be shipped…call first), but you definitely cannot bring it in for employees to scan, box, and give you a receipt…they are not set up for that type of exchange. The employee gave me the address of another store where I was able to just walk in with my unboxed AT&T equipment, and that was very helpful!

  Amy at UPS was absolutely amazing. She set me up with the conference room in a very busy conference hall - quiet room, professional setting, 7+ chairs, glass table, glass panes... Thank you Amy and the UPS team! saved my day and my meetings!

  HB provided absolutely incredible service to our team before and during our conference at the Omni Dallas. He went above and beyond for us several times throughout the week and on behalf of the RSPA team we cannot thank him enough.
