They made everything so easy and were very helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the great customer service and the way they treated me. Thank you both for your help! I will definitely be coming back.

- JWJanet WallerAug 20, 20261.0I paid to have some artwork packaged and shipped by the UPS store on Garland Road in Dallas, Texas on Monday, August 17, 2026. Total cost was around $188. I was given a receipt that indicated that the package would arrive on Tuesday, August 18th. A customer service rep named Sef also told me that the package would arrive on Tuesday, August 18th as well. The package did not arrive on Tuesday as planned nor had it been scanned to show that it had even been picked up by a driver from the UPS store on Wednesday, August 19. I went back to the UPS store to see if there was any updated status on the package. There was no updated status so an employee filed a missing package form for the package. On Thursday morning, I went back to the UPS store to see if there have been any update and if anyone knew where the package was. They updated scans on the packet show that it was out for delivery on Thursday, August 20 two days later and with no explanation on the late delivery date as per the receipt that I received. As of the writing of this review, the package still hasn’t been delivered. They are our point here is that there was a miscommunication about the actual delivery date and then no follow up communication as to why when the package could be expected until it was out for delivery. This is unacceptable since I have customers that need an update and need to understand and know when the packages are going to arrive.
