  Clearly the best UPS Store in Dallas, and their manager, Jared, is helpful and knowledgeable. If you need The UPS Store, always go with this location.

  Jared (Dallas, Riverfront location) greeted with a smile and energetic energy. He was very pleasant and engaging throughout my whole transaction and had a pleasant experience.

  Guillermo didn’t have to help me unload a mini-fridge but he insisted and even offered to help package the item. Jared, like Guillermo, also goes above and beyond his duties, and that is why I don’t mind driving a little further to come to this location — you can’t beat the customer service here! All the employees are great! Thank you gentlemen!! :D

  Adreyan and Kejaun (I do apologize if I’ve misspelled anyone’s name) were very helpful and kind! They went the extra mile, to make me smile. I will say as someone who’s worked in customer service in my past. Managers rather they know it or not set the tempo in the work environment. Professionalism at all levels matters. Especially for the customers. Being rooted in logical thinking and not emotional reasoning can set a pearl apart from a diamond. I felt uncomfortable after the manager at the time approached me and a worker that was trying to help with getting rates for boxes that needed to be shipped across state… I ended up not getting the shipped. In the approach from the manager there was no immediate verbal interaction, just stares that interpreted to get out of the store. Once I made space for the conversation to shift to any concerns of the manager he mentioned that the store was crowded with boxes… my boxes… That’s where I felt uncomfortable.
