  I’ve never met a place that had such attitude for their own job. My sincerest apologies I brought my ATT modem in a box for you all, and pardon my audacity in asking if it was too much a bother to throw the box away in your store.

  An exemplary UPS Store? I'm probably more surprised than you are. I've been dealing with Jorge and he's efficient, accurate, great attention to detail and great communication. I told him in an email that I appreciated his excellence and that I hope to work with him again. Instead of asking me to write a review for him, he asked me to write a few nice words for Guillermo, and sent a photo of him halfway through foaming up a big awkward piece they're shipping for me; saying that he did a great job packing up my stuff and he was sure Guillermo would appreciate a few nice words. Well, I can tell from the photo that Guillermo did a bang up job on it, it's very well protected. Thank you, Guillermo, and the fact it went like that just really drives home how good Jorge is, he's looking out for his teammates instead of seeking accolades for himself. Guillermo is there in the background, grinding out the packing on my stuff so it gets where it's being sent without getting rekt, and Jorge wants to make sure I know about him instead of leaving him invisible. That makes for a good work environment, and I appreciate when people are loyal and look out for each other. I'm betting that's how you end up with an exemplary UPS Store.

  Adrieyan Help me with multiple returns from Amazon is sorted out everything. He is very professional and sweet and did not seem annoyed at all. Thank you for having such a good worker and thank you Adrieyan keep him at all costs. Give him a raise. It's good to have employees like him there. It makes customers want to come in and not feel like they're bothering the workers

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always have such a great experience whenever Jared helps me! He is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people. He’s always professional, patient, and goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of. No matter how busy things are, he always has a positive attitude and makes me feel welcomed and never rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently provides such thoughtful and friendly service. I truly appreciate Jared and all the help he’s given me—he’s one of the main reasons I always have a positive experience at this UPS location!!
