  This UPS Store is the best one! They handle any print job I do for my businesses and even do embroidery. They have always met deadlines and are super quick and efficient. Also I’m glad they enforce parking for their spots making it easy to be in and out quick.

  I visited the UPS Store 6421 on Thursday, June 18th at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon to drop off two packages. I parked in a spot in front of the store. After stopping at the UPS Store 6421, I visited the business adjacent to the UPS Store 6421. I was inside this business for approximately 30-45 minutes at the most. During this time, a plastic label holding adhesive package was applied directly to my windshield with a note, regarding the parking space. I do not understand why my car was intentionally damaged by Ashhad (the self admitted owner of the store) or by one of his employees. It was very warm and sunny that day and the residue from the adhesive would not come off my vehicle. I entered the store to address the issue with the management and was met with no apology, a can of glass cleaner, and a blue paper towel. Ashhad was not only unrepentant, but refused to acknowledge his error in judgement by removing the adhesive that was left on my car. He stated that he did not want to touch my property and that I could call the police, if I wished to do so. I did not. I don't wish to waste community resources on Ashhad's blatant error in judgement. I was unable to remove the adhesive with the paper towel and glass cleaner he offered. I had to purchase Goo Gone to remove the adhesive. This is after I drove home with the adhesive on my windshield still blocking my clear view of the road. It is not acceptable to damage other people's property. This issue needs to be addressed, especially if he is the owner as he claims.

  You've got a million UPS locations to choose from, I'd avoid this one. If you do come, be ready to pay double the online quote and bring a few extra bucks for the "computer use" charge

  Wow - really impressed with owners/staff! They not only helped me save $30 on shipping costs, but were so friendly and efficient! They have other services (including embroidery!) and parking was very easy too.
