  I wanted to share my experience in case it's helpful to others. I paid for what was advertised as guaranteed delivery, but my package wasn't delivered by the promised date (paid over $150 for it). I also learned that UPS doesn't actually guarantee delivery dates per their marketing and “guarantees”, and I asked for assistance with tracking down the package and didn’t recieve much assistance beyond being directed to an 800 number. My interaction with Johnny also felt dismissive and rude - yelling at the customer who didn’t receive the package and paid $ for delivery (there are other team members that are great!). If on-time delivery is important to you, you may want to consider another UPS Store or a different shipping option like FedEx.

  Came in for a label and the gentlemen at the cash register was so helpful so nice. Joe is an awesome person. Go for your UPS needs
