  They will lose your package and then lie to you. The entire online portal is designed to make you give up and quit and then they keep your package. Don't give up and don't stop fighting. This dirty terrible company is the worst and used to be the best. They need to be sued for destroying family heirlooms. Let people know and start picketing for honest shipping because you will not find it here.

  ETA after owner "response" : We love accountable business owners!!! You accepted money to provide a service that was not provided. Where is my package? This review was left AFTER reaching out to UPS directly and being told multiple times the package I DO NOT HAVE!!! has been delivered tracking shows it came through YOUR store! Negative stars, negative. Original Review: If I could give zero stars I would. It's crazy to me how people who can't ring a doorbell are permitted to drive commercial vehicles. Every single time I receive a UPS tracking number, I know it's going to come from this location, and I know I'm never going to receive it. This has happened enough times I've finally left a review! I literally work from home. If the incompetent drivers could RING A DOORBELL I wouldn't have multiple items I've paid for just out there in the ethers! Thank you so much UPS for quite literally not doing exactly what you're paid to do! It's fantastic!

  Veronica was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely effortless. You can genuinely tell that she cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. UPS is lucky to have someone like Veronica on their team. 10/10 customer service—I truly appreciate her!

  By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a printing and shipping store! David and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and great at what they do. They make sure everything gets done quickly and efficiently, while still providing excellent customer service. Cannot recommend enough!

  I recently came into this UPS location with an enormous amount of returns and was anxious about the return process and how long it would take. Veronica helped me with my returns and treated me with respect, kindness, and understanding. She did not make me feel like a burden for the returns and let me know she would be with me for the entire process and however long it took. I felt like a priority. We ended up blasting through it and all the credit goes to Veronica. This is the only location I use for my returns. Cedar Springs UPS is the best location for customer service and personalized experiences.
