  This location is by far the best UPS I have ever been to! I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here. Glen, Maria, Karen, + the whole staff as well as the owner Rick do incredible work and are VERY patient! Every time I walk in here I leave with a smile on my face! Their printing service is 10/10 amazing, everything I have for my small business I get from them! Banners, table runners, custom labels, flyers, business cards, you name it, they do it!

  Your recording says you have a notary on staff during ALL open hours, yet when i arrived at 715p i was told that’s incorrect and the notary left at 7pm. Either she’s lying and didn’t want to do my notary or your advertising on your recording is wrong. Either way, get your act together.

  This store is by far THE BEST in the area and maybe in the country that I've been too. Glen, Maria, and the whole staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and most of all very patient! They have helped me with numerous projects and have taken the time to make sure everything is done correct and on time! I used to live right around the corner which made it super easy to stop by, but now even living 20 minutes away, I make the drive because I know they wil get the job done!! They print anything from labels to business cards and do the best job! So lucky to have them :)

  HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES - Walked into this UPS Store expecting basic service. What I got instead was a masterclass in how to make customers regret opening the door. From the second I approached the counter, the energy was tense, defensive, and unnecessarily hostile. Every interaction felt like an argument waiting to happen. The staff came across as abrupt, visibly irritated, and completely uninterested in helping. Simple questions were met with pushback. Clarifications turned into debates. It felt less like a business transaction and more like being challenged for existing. Customer service here isn’t just poor—it’s combative. There’s a noticeable pattern of talking over customers, dismissing concerns, and escalating instead of resolving. No accountability, no patience, no professionalism. And the operational side is just as bad. The internet “system issues” seem to be a permanent excuse. Transactions stall, services get delayed, and instead of solutions, you get attitude. This isn’t a one-off bad day. It’s a consistent experience of disorganization, hostility, and zero customer care. There are too many alternatives to tolerate this level of dysfunction. Avoid this location if you value your time and sanity.
