To make matters worse, they didn't even ask my friend for any identification, nor did they bother to look at his face! Even if strict policies apply, ignoring a customer and treating them with such arrogance and bad manners is disgraceful. A simple polite apology explaining the company policy is all it takes, but basic respect and professionalism are entirely lacking at this location. I will completely avoid and ignore this place in the future."
