  Shredded 27 pounds of old documents, packed memories to mail to my granddaughter all while wearing smiles . The whole process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Robert and his team went above and beyond for me.

  If I could give less than one star I would. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a place of business in my life. The entire experience was the worst. I was upset at the fact that the box I sent to my grandson (that was supposed to be delivered on his birthday by 7pm) didn’t arrive until 2 days after. I paid $52 for it to be late. My only other options were to overnight it for $200 or 2 day for $175. I was only looking for an explanation or a recourse for it not arriving on time. I was told by Molly that I went with the cheapest option so what did I expect? That did not set well with me and I got upset… then I was met with eye rolls deep sighing and general disrespect. I then went to get my husband so we could cancel our PO Box rental because I no longer wanted to do business with this establishment. I had the misfortune of dealing with the nastiest person ever named Robert. He was rude, condescending and had the nerve to tell me not to make demands of him and to not tell him what to do. By the way my demands were for him to give me the owner’s contact information. He wrote his name down and the stores number (like I’m an idiot) and slammed it down on the counter. I was being treated like I had a mental illness and as though I was being a Karen when all I was doing was advocating for myself and my disdain over being treated so badly. In reading other reviews on this place obviously I am not alone. I have a formal complaint in with corporate so hopefully they will pay attention and put a stop to their employees treating their customers like dirt
