    This is the best UPS Store I have ever visited in my life! Everyone is so kind, friendly, and attentive. Mr. Robert always goes above and beyond to help me with everything I need. The customer service is truly exceptional, and I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I absolutely love this store!..thank you!!!

    Victor is probably one of the rudest individuals I have encoutered. He is not patient. He is not understanding. He is forceful and confrontational. I have stopped by this store for several years, and have seen him treat many customers with disrespect, which includes myself on at least 4 instances. The positive Google reviews about "Victor" are either posted by Victor or folks are being asked to post those positive reviews.

    I go to this store quite frequently. Every time the staff is helpful, patient and courteous. My recent visit, was beyond expectational. Francisco took his time and went above to make sure my print needs were excellent. Honestly took the time and expertise, to make sure I was absolutely satisfied. The job came out better than I even hoped. GREAT JOB FRANCISCO!!!

    I️ have a business and am here multiple times a week, picking up and dropping off shipments. They are extremely helpful, patient, and I️ feel confident knowing they are caring for my shipments. I have been using this location for 3 years now, and have had my mailbox with them for an over a year. I️ love this store!

    The 6119 Greenville store is the best staff at a UPS store I’ve experienced. I went to them originally because they were my neighborhood UPS store but have since moved and continue to go out of my way to visit the store. They are so kind, efficient, welcoming, and helpful. I’ll continue to go to this location as long as I live in Dallas!
