  My favorite shipping center ever!!! Every employee I have encountered is so efficient, polite, and kind. They are always willing to provide options and are so accommodating. By far my favorite spot since I have lived here for 4 years.

  This was my second UPS store of the day because the first store was so rude I had to walk out. The employee working that day was so nice and seemed to go above and beyond to help get everything doe that I needed.

  This store is the saddest collection of minimum-wage-is-too-much employees I have ever seen. They all had the worst attitudes; none were willing to put in any effort above the bare minimum, if that. While waiting to be served, I had to listen to one of the workers making fun of another customer that they had just gotten off the phone with because the customer said they were, "new to the country," and the worker even admitted to lying to that customer about pretending to look up the number they were given in the computer. Ultimately, after listening to them also joke about being ready to close up, I was turned away, not served, and had to go to another location.

  Had a quick question about how to handle an overweight shipment that was too heavy for me to weigh on my scale. Lady who answered the phone gave me great advice. These folks are helpful and can be trusted!
