  The people that work here have always treated me right. I've been a customer since they were at their other location, and their new location is even better. Sometimes there's a bit of a line, but it never takes too long to clear out, and the people who work there really know their stuff. If I had one suggestion, it'd be for them to have a couple of chairs for people to sit in (mobility issues aren't much fun), but I totally understand that this would just be icing on a cake that's already quite nice.

  I had a disappointing experience with the notary service at this location today on August 24th. The clerk that notarized it wrong is Tiffany. I originally came in to have an important financial aid document notarized, and the she wrote that I presented a Texas driver’s license when I had actually presented a Texas state identification card. After speaking with my school’s financial aid department, I was told that the document needed to accurately state the exact form of government-issued identification that I provided. I returned to the store and explained the situation, expecting the document to be corrected properly. Instead of offering to redo the form, the original information was simply crossed out and “Texas State Identification” was written in its place. What made the experience more frustrating was the manner in which the situation was handled. The interaction felt very blunt and dismissive, even though I was only returning because of an error on an important notarized document. When customers are paying for notary services involving official paperwork, accuracy and professionalism are extremely important. I would have appreciated the situation being handled with more care, patience, and courtesy. So I had to go somewhere else after paying for notarty due to her simply not caring

  This place has a lot of negative reviews for a reason. Bad experiences for everyone to go around.

  The line was extremely long, with customers waiting to drop off their packages. Instead of helping the people in line, the employee chose to work on something else while we waited. We stood there for over 20 minutes as she finished her other task, with at least five customers waiting in line. It was very frustrating and disappointing to see such poor customer service.

  The short lady with glasses Tiffany is very rude. Zero customer service skills. I had an issue with my package and didn’t even try to help or at least put a happy face. No good morning, no nothing. Everybody else I have dealt with at this location has been very helpful except TIFFANY. She’s rude.
