  I always enjoy visiting this UPS store whenever I need to return something or print documents. Charisse and Carrington are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They even remember my name and greet me warmly every time I stop by, which makes the experience feel very personal. The customer service here is consistently excellent, and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place for shipping, returns, or printing needs.

  Charisse and Carrington at the UPS store at Preston and Frankford are extremely friendly and helpful. We stopped in for a notar and were unfortunately not as organized as we would have liked. They helped us sort through the paperwork and make sure we got all of the paperwork notarized in the right places. You can tell they both handle all of their tasks with the same friendliness and attention to detail.

  Spencer was great! Even though he was held up by a customer on the phone attempting to figure out an Amazon return with her husband who wasn’t there - arguably something frustrating for most Amazon users/younger generation - he never lost his smile or patient demeanor. He was able to assist me while the other customer sorted out their business. He was all smiles and cheerful throughout the interaction and felt my items were in good hands! Thanks Spencer!

  I’ve gone into the UPS store on the corner of Preston and Frankfurt Road on several occasions. The staff there are always professional, courteous and helpful. Always cheerful and welcoming. I pass one other UPS store just to go to them due to the welcome faces. Darius was helpful when I went in to get documents notorized and copies made. Carrington was friendly with his smiles and offering to make copies for me. Charisse was friendly and provided me with options for what I was seeking. Thank you UPS on Preston/Franford.   I have never had a problem with this store location until recently. I went to return an item from Amazon and they were going to charge me over $60.00 to return a $60.00 item. I have the return lable to scan and return. I decided to call Amazon and they did a 3 way call with UPS corporate office come to find out they just wanted to charge me and when you do not have a box to return an Amazon item they are suppose to supply the box.I would give a 0 star. Please watch out for scams at this store location and charging for things they are not suppose to charge for.I went to another location WITH NO PROBLEM
