  After years of using the UPS store, I encountered the one store who’s policy is to enforce a one piece tape rule. I was already having issues sending back some Amazon packages because they were awkward in size. The UPS offered their services at a ridiculous rate for items worth less then what it was going to cost for them to build a box. I decided to make some boxes myself just to get told that the stores manager only allows one strip of tape for customers, that I should buy my own. Is this what our society has come to. A multi-million dollar operation diminishing customer service for Pennie’s on the dollar.

  One of the cleanest UPS stores I’ve been in, new location I believe, staff was super nice as well!

  Outstanding customer service. This was the closest location to me that was open 7 days a week, as most are closed on Sundays. I didn't quite get their full name, but "Z", the employee working in the front, is a textbook example of great customer service. He was really respectful and helpful, and offered to print the label and tape up the package for me so I didn't have to make a second trip (even though this was my fault, as I did not read the return instructions properly). I'll be coming back to this location, it's clean and quiet, and because of "Z".
