I ran into Staples Dallas and needed a laptop charger for my work laptop because mine had stopped working. I didn’t want to drive all the way to my Plano work office. Larry went above and beyond to ensure I got a laptop charger that was the perfect size. I appreciate his willingness to help me and his friendly / professional attitude.

Made a purchase online was told same day pickup after placing my order for business cards. Was also told I will get a call or email when they are ready for pick up gave them 3 days. (Nothing) No email no Call i finally called staples was on hold for 35 min for them to answer my question regarding my order being ready or not! Very poor customer service stay away your better off going to a 3rd party for business cards faster more reliable let of s headache. P.S had to wait another day for business cards to be ready 4 days smh!!!

The staff is Professional and 100% Reliable, they assisted my every needs, excellent customer service, they do more and beyond. Thank you to the supervisor she, was thoughtful and the amazon lady very informative. Appreciate you all and your business. I do recall a very rude young lady she came from the clinic next door... I witnessed her demeanor since she walked in all the way until she left, she was very rude to everyone must be a Bad person at heart, only God knows why she was saying horrible things, on her way out, no one should get away with Lies, and giving false information Coming from a head Nurse she was way out of line and I will be calling her corporate office to file a report of her demeanor. Shame on that Medical Assistant
