Another time I came to pickup an order and I tried to go out the wrong door that said "not an exit" and was looking around for the exit and another employee tells me "read the sign". Gee thanks man, I didn't think of that.

When presented with our project, he tersely replied “We won’t be doing that.” He refused to help us by saying he didn’t modify other people’s files. We had four printed diagrams -no file. He offered no suggestions as to how Staples could help us. He told us to go to Kinkos. We did. Pat should be reassigned to another position where he actually knows what he is doing.

Every time I go into this store the managers are in shorts and look unkempt. My last visit, I had an inconvenient return in which we were trying to figure out which credit card I had put the purchase on but got a rude and discourteous reaction from management that some consumers would have just walked out. This store has been bad for a while but continues to get worse! Lol!

I came in searching specifically for safety pins, and while they didn't happen to have them in stock, the manager took the time to listen to what I needed and recommended a few alternative products that might work. When I decided I really needed the safety pins themselves, he kindly pointed me toward other nearby stores where I could find them. Excellent, helpful customer service—he went above and beyond even when they didn't have the exact item!
