  Shea at Staples was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure my project turned out exactly the way I wanted. She took the time to work through every detail with me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail, my project came out perfect. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Thank you, Shea!

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Staples copy center in North Dallas. There were several customers waiting while the copy center employee was clearly busy, so we simply asked another associate for help loading paper into a printer — a task that should have taken less than a minute and been handled with basic customer service. Instead, the associate visibly threw down the work he was doing, slowly walked over with an obvious attitude, loaded the paper without saying a single word, and then just walked away. No acknowledgment, no professionalism, and certainly no sense of customer care. I understand employees can be busy, but attitude and effort matter. The lack of motivation and basic courtesy from the staff made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating.

  TONYA! 10/10 Tonya at Staples was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can truly tell she helps keep the whole store running smoothly. While I was there, she made sure an elderly customer got help carrying a large box out to his car, helped me properly prepare my package, and even taped it up for me because my nails were done. On top of all that, she was still answering customers’ questions and directing people to exactly where items were in the store all while juggling multiple things at once with such a positive attitude. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. Tonya went above and beyond, and Staples is lucky to have her!
