  Safe harbor Westport marina in Denver NC ripped a giant hole in our front cushion while dry storing our boat and is not taking responsibility for it. We've been loyal customers for going on 4 years now and have had other negative experiences with them also. Poorly managed and completely unprofessional. Beware.

  Management at Jamestown Marine (Jeremy, Lisa Blakeman) deserve zero stars! Safe Harbor needs to train them in Customer Service.

  Horrid business and practices. I have had two interactions with their Marinas this year. Jefferson Beach, MI and Toledo Beach, MI. In both instances I found there to be a culture of incompetence and dishonesty. I was told they would take care of two issues twice only to have them deny they ever said such a thing. I might be old fashioned but integrity when handling my Yacht is required. I found Safe Harbor Corporation in these two instances to be lacking in is this fundamental quality. Do business with them at your own risk and peril, I will do everything I can to avoid a third encounter, I will also inform my family, friends and comrades throughout the boating community of my personal experiences. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!

  I have been trying to get my slip deposit back for two months...Nobody from Safe Harbor has the decency and professionalism to so much as return a phone call. Unfortunately they now own two of my favorite marinas that I will never see again until they have trustworthy owners. I will update if I ever get my money back without CC company or court action and a serious apology.

  If there was a negative star option I would have selected that. There are plenty of other marinas. These people do not care about the people in their marinas.
