  Escrow fee is really too high from other title companies $795 + $200 notary fee for a closing less than 30 minutes from the office seems a bit extreme to me. Some other issues I felt were dealt with in an unprofessional manner. I have always had a good experience with Old Republic in Fort Worth.

  Had a great experience working with Republic Title! The closing process went smooth with them. Location was central, parking was easy, and staff was super friendly. Right after we closed, they added a nice touch to the experience by gifting us freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Now that’s a closing to remember!

  Republic Title, Turtle Creek has been by GO-TO for all of my transactions over the last 9 years, and there simply isn’t another company that exceeds every expectation like they do. From the moment my clients walk in the door and are greeted by Sherry, they’re met with enthusiasm, and cared for in the most professional manner of any office I’ve walked into. The escrow officers and their teams are top notch, and no matter what issue I’m dealing with, whether a contract has landed in their office or not (and Lord help me when it doesn’t), I know I can pick up the phone and call Selena Underwood for a thorough, accurate response - she’s an escrow goddess, and there’s no one in this business that’s more knowledgeable. I couldn’t do the business I do without her and her amazing team to answer all the most complex questions, and research those issues that are often obscure in nature. The location is perfection, the office is beautiful, and my clients are always beyond thrilled at the way their most delicate financial transactions are handled, and always with prompt attention, and smiles all around. There’s not another title company that I could ever imagine teaming with, and counting on for such flawless service, every single time. I’m their biggest fan, and truly a client for life!
