I am not much of a review writer, but I was so touched by how kind and helpful Kim was this morning that I wanted to thank her and this is the best way I can think of! I had a complex ask this morning and Kim handled it with so much patience, kindness, competence, and good humor that I honestly didn’t want to leave even once she and Drew were able to sort everything out for me. Kim was so motivated to find me a solution and went above and beyond to make it happen. It is unusual these days to find someone who really cares about helping customers and she deserves recognition for her genuinely excellent customer service. I have to say that while I was there, not one, but TWO other customers separately came in, and both were there for the explicit purpose of saying hello to Kim and thanking her for her excellent help on other days that week. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but honestly it happened just that way, and I think that says it all about this place. It’s funny but visiting this print shop was the highlight of my day because it was just lovely to be around these good people. This is the place to go, and be sure to say a warm hello to Kim!
