Please make sure he receives recognition for this — he represented FedEx with excellence and turned an extremely stressful situation into a genuinely great experience. I’m not local to Dallas, and over the last week I’ve been to four different print shops (including another FedEx). None of them could help me without charging $4+ per sheet for a simple 8.5x11 flyer. By the time I walked into this store, I was almost defeated — but Matt was professional, kind, and immediately understood what I needed at a reasonable price. He printed a sample first (which none of the other shops offered), confirmed everything was correct, and even made sure I had the right documentation for work reimbursement. I watched him treat the customers before me and after me with the same above-and-beyond, solution-oriented attitude. I’ve honestly avoided FedEx in the past, but because of Matt’s service, this is the one location I’ll actually be returning to. I’m genuinely grateful for his help.
- GBGeli BeanMay 2, 20171.0I just received to the poorest service by the young man at this location. I show up to the fedex at 8:57pm after the website stated they closed at 11pm. I walk into the door and the gate has been pulled up as if they were closed. Mind you there are still people inside of the FedEx. I peaked my head inside he said hey we're closed. I said but the website stated that he you guys don't close until 11. He mentioned that the website was wrong. Okay no problem. But it's 8:58 and you guys are still open. He said "are you going to be able to finish in two minutes?" 😐😐 How rude sir! I was inside that FedEx BEFORE they closed and it didn't matter what I had to do as long as I entered before closing time. I simply had to print my interview packet from my email. It's not like he was kicking out the 4 other people who were in there before 9pm. When he realized he was in the wrong he kept asking what I needed to do as I walked off. Poor customer service! Do not go to this place
