  I had a truly special experience here. As an older person who struggles with technology, I needed help printing documents for a project, and Cristhian, the manager, treated me with such patience and kindness. He was always available and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I have never been treated this well before. His warmth and willingness to help meant more to me than I can express. I highly recommend this place because of him.

  I had such a great experience at FedEx thanks to Nikcole. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. Nicole made the entire process easy and stress free. Thank you for your outstanding help I truly appreciate it!!!!!

  Quite stop to print out work order at self service. Don't use counter to print a couple of pages they charge a $2.99 fee

  My experience with Kate was PHENOMENAL! I came and did a time sensitive print earlier in then day and it came out not the way I wanted. I came back and she was able to fix it quick!!! Thank you fedex and thank you Kate!

  This was my first time sending my daughter’s artwork to an art competition, so I felt a little overwhelmed and unsure about the sizing, packaging, and shipping process. When I visited the FedEx location, Eben kindly stepped in and guided me through everything from start to finish. She carefully helped me choose the right packaging to protect the artwork and made sure it was prepared properly for shipment. There were also certain parts of the process that couldn’t be handled directly at FedEx, but she explained everything clearly and warmly so I would know exactly what to do next. Thanks to Eben’s patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help, the entire process felt smooth and stress-free. As a parent sending something so meaningful for the first time, her support truly meant a lot to me. I’m very grateful for her excellent customer service and hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves.
