- AWA Wallie6 days ago1.0I will not ever return to this location. One of the clerks, Nikcole, was very unwelcoming and unhelpful. No eye contact, no "hello, good morning, how can I help you?" I'm not even sure my package was shipped. She made me wait a good few minutes after I walked up to her counter, while she tried to un-jam a stapler with her fingernails, like I wasn't even standing there. Since I had a QR code to scan for my box, she made me feel like an inconvenience because she had to go print it somewhere else. She nodded at the other counter, like I was supposed to follow her over there for my QR scan, no communicatioin. She even helped the guy in line AFTER me while she was supposed to be helping me. Management, you need to train your employees in better customer service, or they will find other mailing and shipping companies to use.

It was very inconvenient, especially since I made the trip specifically for this service. I had to go to another location instead. They should make sure their equipment is charged and ready before offering passport photo services.!

The staff have always been helpful even if the machines do not always cooperate. Overall, the experiences are very good. There have been an occasional observation of difficult situations with customers, machines and staff. During these instances the staff seem to be professional and helpful. Good work.
