  This location’s printing service was very frustrating. I tried printing through Dropbox at least 15 times, but none of the attempts were successful because the Dropbox file list wasn’t refreshing. I asked the representative for help, but she simply told me to try again, even after I said that I had already tried multiple times. I tried again and it still didn’t work. Then I told her that again. Eventually, the only way I was able to print was by emailing my document to the store’s FedEx email address, and the representative printed it from there. When I asked why the printing system wasn’t working, I tried many times, she said she didn’t know and told me I should contact the software vendor and learn how it works myself. I found that response unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing. The laminating service was fine, which is the only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars.

  Terrible automated phone call. You can never speak to someone. No chance to get a question answered since you cant make it through the tiny options provided.

  I'm in from NYC to help my mother with organizing the funneral services for my late father. She had *one picture in mind she wanted enlarged and framed to sit next to his urn, but there is only one copy of said photo that had lived in my mother's picture wallet for over 50 years and was in poor shape. Nicholas went out of his was over two days to scan and print a couple of variation until we got it right. He went out of his way to help at one of the hardest times of our lives and I'll never forget it.
