The sales associate I approached — Marc, listened attentively to the end-goal I had in mind. Based on his expertise, he immediately suggested a better print-solution for me which I had not considered, that significantly upgraded the version I created. He attended to every detail of the project—along with his team, to fulfill the order to completion. The coordinated, professional level of customer service from Marc and the other team members who all assisted me that day is to be commended. I will be back. Thank you.

Had to stop here for Amazon returns while waiting for my teenager to get off. NAKITA if that's his real name moved slowly from the back after making eye contact with me. Didn't think anything of it because who knows he could have some kind of problem that's makes him move slow. But then he opens his mouth and ask me can he help me like I am bothering him. Now I still ignore it & laugh it off but he CONTINUES to offer the worse customer service I have ever since. As if I dont get enough attitude from "others" but to receive this kind of service from a black man that I have never seen or said nothing to for him to have such a funk attitude....that's ridiculous. Sir I need you to grow up!!
