  I had an outstanding experience with DHL, especially with their representative Lonnie. She provided exceptional customer service and immediately put me at ease while sending very important documents to the United Kingdom. After previously having documents lost by FedEx, I was understandably nervous about shipping internationally, but Lonnie’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and attentiveness completely reassured me throughout the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, clearly understanding the complexities involved with international document shipping. She patiently answered my questions, guided me through every step, and made sure everything was handled correctly and securely. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with a parcel logistics company. Lonnie went above and beyond, and because of her excellent service, I will absolutely continue using DHL for important shipments in the future.
