I have already experienced different postal services but DHL is something else! Affordable and reliable! Dhawal is a manager itself! Friendly and professional and caring! DHL should be proud of having this stuff!

I had such a wonderful experience with Lani at the Dallas Skillman DHL location and wanted to make sure she received recognition. I was shipping several packages to Haiti. Lani was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She took the time to reconfirm what could and could not be shipped, helped me figure out how to separate the items appropriately, and even guided me on which boxes would work best. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful she was. I never felt rushed, even though my shipment required extra time and attention. She was diligent, kind, and clearly cared about making sure everything was done correctly. Lani is an exceptional representative of DHL and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Thank you, Lani, for taking such great care of me!
