- SKStephanie KrupallaMar 31, 20201.0Spoke to “Dale” this morning. I told him I got a notice (3849) in my mail box yesterday, signed it and left it in the box. I tried to scan the code for re-delivery but it wouldn’t allow it. I asked him if there was any way if the carrier was still there to bring it out today. He replied we only do one attempt and if the package was too big or signature, that’s why you got the notice. I told “Dale” I work for the post office and a customer can ask for a re-delivery. He said if you signed it and it’s in the box, I’ll have her deliver it. I told him it’s not a girl but a guy that delivers our mail, but okay. My issue is that he never even asked for my address/ information to see if my carrier was still there. It’s fine if they left on their route because my notice will be in my box(signed) but it was his attitude on the matter. If my package was too big to deliver, in that case I would need to know so I could go pick it up. I mean the station is the size of my home, I’m sure it’s not that busy just to go check if the carrier was still there. But he never even got my information to even check. Dale’s attitude and customer service is garbage and it’s sad that someone like this represents the post office. Just read all the other reviews🧐

I sent my husband a package for his birthday and items were missing out of it, Dale had the nerve to rub it in my husbands face that his 50k a year employees would NEVER steal items out of someone elses packages and that we were delusional idiot's and hung up the phone
