- TTtritowingtoday2.0There’s a clerk with tattoos up to his neck (description not judgement) who served me on 9/3/26 at 11am who did not give me a warm greeting and did not like that I needed tape for a small package so he told me he was only doing it as a courtesy. I thought to myself it sure doesn’t feel like it.

I called on 8/25/2026, a ticket was placed, and I received a call the same day saying that the package would be hand delivered to my door instead. Today is 8/26/2026 and Ive received my package. Everyone was kind and courteous as well. Exceptional customer service!

I’ve had multiple packages sent back with no effort to be delivered, and they’re all packages with signature confirmation. Seems like they think it’s easier to just scan out packages that way rather than having to stop at houses to get a signature. Sad that something “run by the government” can be so horrendously ran, but hey that’s America for ya!

I have been coming here for 8 years and every time, every attendant is very nice and shows that they genuinely care about making sure my documents get sent with the right information to the right location. Today I went in 3 minutes before close and there was a line to the door. Regardless, the employees were very kind to everyone and worked efficiently, not cutting corners. I went in for a passport renewal and Keith attended me and was extremely kind and made sure I had the correct information on all of my documentation. He stapled my passport photo to the form without me asking, as well as clipped my current passport to the application. Keep up the good work!!! And give Keith a raise.
