- DWDavid van WassenaerOct 8, 20261.0Came at 10AM to get something time-sensitive notarized, was told the notary wouldn’t be in until 11AM. Fair enough. I drive back at 11 and am told a crappy excuse that “he is stuck in traffic” and would not be in until 12. Is he commuting from Galveston?? No accountability. Went somewhere else.

- IIIanSep 20, 20261.0I had ordered a delivery to the ups store from usps which I asked an employee if it was ok to do and he said yes. So I sent it there and I’ve asked 2 days in a row if it was there one time in person where the manager was extremely rude and used an aggressive tone while asking me what was in the box which has nothing to do with his business. I then called the next day and asked for someone on the phone to check the packages for my name and she waited 5 seconds then said they didn’t have it which I assume she couldn’t even have checked that fast. I’ve been trying to get my refund but haven’t been able to I don’t know what they did with the package please don’t order from here unless you wanna deal with these issues.
