I don't know if this employee was having a bad day or maybe she got a rude customer earlier but she was very rude. She has a sore look on her face and long straight black hair that was down, didn't get her name. She was very abrupt and had a mean tone. I hope her days goes better and whatever is happening in her life resolves. Being nice is easy, everyone has stuff going on behind closed doors. It's how you deal with it, that makes a difference. God bless
